Bob Rosenberg, Chair Term Expires: 2010
Bob is a retired endodontist (root canal specialist) and was Chair of endodontics at the University of California in San Francisco and active in the American Association of Endodontists. Bob founded SOFFE, the Society of Fly Fishing Endodontists. He co-founded the Ross Valley Girls Softball League, a labor of love for his daughters and the other girls in the area. He is currently the volunteer coordinator for the Great Chefs of Marin benefit for Lifehouse, a nonprofit serving developmentally disabled adults.

Bruce Raskin, Secretary Stewardship Chair Term Expires: 2009
Bruce is an executive editor with Caring.com, and he runs his own editorial consulting business creating content for web sites and print publications, working with numerous publishing and corporate clients such as Viacom’s Nickelodeon and MTV, Time Inc., Meredith Publishing, and Johnson & Johnson. He also writes about health, travel, and fly fishing. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and education from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bruce has been fly fishing for more than 45 years and first fished the Henry’s Fork in the mid-70s. He and his wife Kathy now spend the summer and fall in their home on the Henry’s Fork and the rest of the year in the Bay Area, near their two grown daughters. He’s been a member of HFF, Trout Unlimited, the Federation of Flyfishers, California Trout, and numerous other conservation groups for many years. He’s served twice as president of his local FFF-related fishing club, the Palo Alto Flyfishers.
“Several years ago,” he says, “Trout Unlimited named the Henry’s Fork the number one trout fishery in the lower 48. I want to see the river regain—and permanently maintain—that ranking.”

Mike Gibbons, Treasurer Finance Committee Chair Term Expires: 2008
Mike has spent every summer since he was two years old on the Henry's Fork. He is now semi-retired - so he is very familiar with the river. He says, "The river is very important to me. I want to see it protected and improved for its fishing, for its beauty and for its wildlife." Mike is associated with Gibbons Realty Co. in Salt Lake City. He spent much of his career in the heavy construction industry. He is a member of the North Fork Club, serving as a board member. Salt Lake City boards he has served on include the Boys & Girls Club, Westminster College, the Cottonwood Country Club and the Utah Contractors Licensing Board. Mike is married to Jenifer.

Rich Paini Governance Chair Term Expires: 2009
Rich graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1993 with a degree in Anthropology. As a recipient of the A. Paul Knight Memorial Scholarship in conservation, he was an intern for the Henry's Fork Foundation during the Summer & Fall of 1993. He began guiding fly fishermen the following year.
Rich is a founding partner and General Manager of TroutHunter and lives in Island Park with his wife Millie, his daughter Ella, and his black lab Jazz.

Layne M. Hepworth Fundraising Chair Term Expires: 2008
Layne is a devoted lover of the Henry's Fork with a deep interest in the continued success of the Foundation. He and his wife, Mary, have a summer home in Island Park, where they spend all their free time. He is a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual, specializing in estate and retirement planning, business continuation agreements and employee benefits.

Steve Born Research/Restoration Chair Term Expires: 2008
Steve was a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1969 until retirement in 2005; he is now Emeritus Professor of Urban and Regional Planning and Environmental Studies. He has served as Chair of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and the UW-Madison graduate Water Resources Management Program. His interests are in the areas of environmental and natural resources planning and management, with emphasis on watershed management and institutions. Born has been a principal in the development of Wisconsin's laws for lake and watershed management, groundwater protection, land use planning and mineral development.
Born has served as chairman of the National Resources Board of Trout Unlimited USA, the conservation agenda-setting body for the nation's largest coldwater conservation organization; he has also served on the Boards of Directors of the River Alliance of Wisconsin, 1000 Friends of Wisconsin, and Trout Unlimited Canada.
Born is coauthor of "Exploring Wisconsin Trout Streams" (UW Press), and writes occasionally for conservation/angling periodicals.

Thaddeus C Sweet Outreach/Communication Chair Term Expires: 2008
Tad Sweet summers with his wife Carroll, on Henry's Lake, Idaho and Scappoose, Oregon in the winter. He was a founder and past president of Oregon Trout, and is currently a supporting member of Trout Unlimited, The Native Fish Society, Idaho Rivers United, The Nature Conservancy, The Greater Yellowstone Coalition, The Sonoran institute, The Teton Land Trust, Island Park Advocates for Responsible Development, Fremont Growth Solutions, The Yellowstone Business Partnership, and the Wind River Alliance. He is chairman of Wealth Strategies Northwest based in Portland, Oregon, and is active in creating conservation capital for environmental organizations.

Bob is a well-known guide at Henry's Fork Anglers in Last Chance. He spends his summer in the Island Park area and he makes his winter home in Sedalia, MO.

Whit Fosburg Term Expires: 2008
Whit is currently director of the Coldwater Conservation Fund of Trout Unlimited in Arlington, VA. While he was with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation from 1992-1995, Whit worked with HFF on the Henry's Fork Initiative; and he is still committed to helping the Foundation achieve its mission and goals. He received a Master of Environmental Science degree from the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and he has many years of experience as a crew coach. He and his wife Abbie have three young children.

Rick serves as President of R & C Hansen Associates. He is currently serving as an independent contractor for the Destination Club Partners, LLC as the Membership Director - Sales for a multi-million dollar luxury real estate project at The Residence Club at Monuments Beach in Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. He was the founder and previous owner of Madison Valley Ranch in Ennis, MT; TroutBum2 (Too) in Park City, UT, and past Senior Vice-President for National Accounts, First Health Strategies in Salt Lake City, UT.

Greg serves as a director of the Placer County Resource Conservation district and is past president of the Granite Bay Rotary. Greg served on the board of the Roseville Community Hospital, Roseville Chamber of Commerce and was past chair of the Roseville Community Health Foundation.

Edmond Opler, Jr. Term Expires: 2009
Ed graduated from Middlebury College in 1955 with a B.A. in Business Economics. He served two years as an Artillery Fire Direction Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He joined World's Finest Chocolate Inc. in September 1957 and retired recently as corporate C.E.O.
Ed has served on the National Boards of Trout Unlimited, TU's Cold Water Conservation Fund, and the Trout & Salmon Foundation.
Ed has had the good fortune to have fished all over the world in both fresh and salt water, with Argentina, New Zealand, and Guatemala being his favorite venues outside of the Rocky Mountain West.
He joined Flyfishing's Team U.S.A. in 1989, and is currently team captain for their participation with 23 others nations in the annual world championships.
Having retired from business in 2003, Opler is thoroughly enjoying fishing, hunting, skiing and ranching in Wyoming.

Kim is a private investor with a successful background in direct marketing and entrepreneurship. He has been responsible for several startups, including his primary direct marketing firm that was a leader in its field with $100 million in sales and nearly a half-million customers in over 30 countries. Father of five, Kim graduated with an MBA in 1977. Upon graduation, he was handed the reins of a boutique company by management and learned about hands-on marketing, specifically direct marketing, entrepreneurship and business development. Recently, he has focused his attention on personal investing. Jerry Crabs Term Expires: 2009
Former mathematics educator and school administrator in Oklahoma and Colorado, restaurant owner, fishing guide, licensed outfitter in Montana; and manager of The Flat Rock Club near Mack's Inn, Idaho since 1997. Citizen member of the Research and Rehabilitation Committee since 2002 (3), recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2004 for successfully lobbying the Fremont County Commission to adopt a rule prohibiting snowmobile use on open water. Elected to the board June, 2006.

Clinton Dille' Term Expires: 2009
Clinton grew up in southern Idaho on a farm. He graduated from medical school at the University of Washington and then completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of California, Irvine. He was in private practice in California and Las Vegas for 7 years. He moved back to the great state of Idaho and learned to fly fish for stress relief.
Clinton owns and operates a chronic pain clinic, Southern Idaho Pain Institute. He is married to Anna and has 6 children ages 13-26. He enjoys family activites, good wine and golf. He is passionate about fly fishing.
Clinton has been very active in medical associations and has been the local president of the South Central Medical Association and has represented local physicians at the Idaho Medical Association. He was also the founding president of the Idaho Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
